Fantastic authentic 1964 V8 Ford Mustang convertible. Made in Dearborn, Michigan, the home of the Mustang, it reached the dealer in Omaha, Nebraska on the 6th July 1964. This is a 1964-1/2 model, the first Mustangs that went into production, with a few distinctive features, such as the shape of the bonnet. The 1964-1/2 models were only in production for a very short while, from March to the end of June 1964. This car has never required any major restoration work doing to it and has just 72.617 miles on the clock. Mechanically the car is sound. The bodywork is outstanding with straight panels and narrow panel gaps. Thanks to the dry climate the underbody is also sound and free from any corrosion. The chrome details sparkle beautifully. She has been finished in 'Wimbledon White with a black crinkle vinyl trim'. The interior of the car is not only authentic but also well maintained.
