This particularly fine and especially original Jaguar XJS 5.2 V12 Le Mans Special Edition was supplied from new to its first owner on the 2nd January 1989. The Le Mans Special Edition was a limited issue celebrating the Le Mans victory in 1988. This is car number 11 of only 65. The first owner held on to her car until early 1998, when she part-exchanged it at her Jaguar dealership. The second owner bought it on the 4th February 1998 with 88,000 km on the clock. Some twenty years later the third and last owner acquired the car. This XJS is demonstrably a 3-owner car with only 137,660 km on the clock. The whole history, including the changes of ownership, is completely transparent. Of course the original car wallet with original stamped service book, owner’s manual, old registration documents, spare keys and maintenance invoices are present. The paintwork is nice but not perfect. The original underbody is rust-free. In short the car we have here is an original Dutch supplied, limited low-mileage example with a complete and correct history! Gallery Aaldering is Europe’s leading Classic Cars specialist since 1975!
