This very fine Jaguar XK 120 3.4 OTS left the factory on the 28th March 1952 and was supplied from new by Jaguar dealer Homburg in the USA. The XK was exported to Denmark in 1980. 2013-2016 saw a very thorough restoration and mechanical overhaul, leaving the car in excellent condition. The beautiful bodywork is perfectly straight with similarly perfect fitting body panels. The rust-free underbody is as good as new. The whole, no cost spared, process has been extensively recorded. The car has the special original ‘Gunmetal Grey’ finish with a lovely red leather interior trim and matching grey soft-top. This is a rarely seen colour combination, especially when factory applied. For completion of this remarkable feature are the colour-coded wire wheels. The paintwork and chrome details are fine. This is number 1,821, steel-body, XK. The chrome indicators on the front arches characterize this early model. It has its, Jaguar certified, original, matching numbers, 3.4 engine. This is a wonderfully restored early XK with a very special finish! Gallery Aaldering is Europe’s leading Classic Cars specialist since 1975!
