The Austrian firm Steyr produced weapons until 1926 as well cars and bikes. From 1947 on it started producing tractors. This one was supplied from new in 1956 and was given road legal status. In 2014 a German enthusiast bought this 180A. Usually, as the mechanically they always keep going, this type of vehicle only tends to receive superficial attention with a new lick of paint. This German owner clearly had other ideas when he decided to completely restore this Steyr. Cost was not a consideration in the detailed restoration. An extensive photographic reportage as well as a multitude of invoices perfectly describe the intensive amount of work carried out to this truly magnificent vehicle. Naturally this tractor is as good as new now and shines brightly in our showroom. The paintwork is perfect, the complete tractor mechanics work as if they were new. It comes beautifully documented with instruction manual, the invoices and the photographic restoration reportage.Surely to pretty to take out in a field!
