When you ask us which icons has produced, a number come to mind, but we undoubtedly think of the Jaguar E-Type and the Jaguar XJ Coupé. What an elegant appearance, a Jaguar XJ6 Coupé. It is a car that you buy, love, and cherish for a long time. When the Jaguar XJ was launched in 1968, it was an important car for Jaguar and a huge success, to put it mildly. The public was so enthusiastic that people almost shouted for a coupé. In 1973, it happened: Jaguar had the XJ6 Coupé ready and proudly presented it, and it came on the market in 1975. A beautiful car with elegant design, offering the same high level of refinement as the saloon. Only 10,000 units were built in total. Truly a rarity! A fun fact: Jaguar made a total of 15,000 of the iconic E-Type 3.8 Series 1. That makes this XJ Coupé very special as well. The XJ Coupé is also known for its large trunk and the ability to refuel from both sides.

Our Jaguar XJ6 is configured in the Daimler specification and is one of the best examples on the market. Rarely do we see an XJ6 Coupé that presents itself so well! Why? This is a high-quality example that was professionally restored and overhauled in the Netherlands, with the quality of the work being a priority. This is evident in the details of the car, and this was not a partial restoration but a total restoration where the entire car was thoroughly worked on from A to Z to achieve this ultimate result.

The whole car is truly stunning. The dark blue body color looks fantastic and complements the lines of this Jaguar beautifully. It contrasts brilliantly with the beige interior, which exudes incredible class, partly due to the design but also due to the high-quality restoration work that was performed. In addition to the beautiful fits, the chrome work, such as bumpers, grille, and various accessories, completes the elegance of this Jaguar. In short, the various parts are in excellent condition, as you would expect from a high-quality restoration. The underside of the car looks just as beautiful and good.
In the interior, we find the beautiful beige leather upholstery that, as mentioned, fits wonderfully with the dark blue paint. We see a lot of restorations, but one thing is certain for us: when the restoration work is done correctly, the car is transformed to showroom quality as it originally was when the car first left the showroom. However, we often see cars on the market that are over-restored, where the wrong materials were used, where, for example, the seat fillings are too thick, or the carpets do not have the right appearance. This is all irrelevant with this car. The beige leather is of excellent quality, looks like original upholstery in absolute new condition, and the carpets are in a brilliant state. The entire interior is simply correct and excellent.

Under the hood, we find the delightful 4.2-liter engine. The engine, of course, fully overhauled, runs beautifully and sounds pure. The automatic transmission works flawlessly and takes you to another world. You are surrounded by the elegance and comfort that only a Jaguar can offer. The driving experience is fantastic, and the entire chassis, together with the precise steering, gives you the feeling that you have just picked up the Jaguar from the dealer in 1977.
With this XJ, we provide an extensive and professional booklet, detailing all the restoration and overhaul work in detail. The original booklets of the car are also present.

This is truly an opportunity for the enthusiast of the fantastic Jaguar XJ6 Coupé who is looking for an example that is in excellent condition and has been restored in a correct, professional, and high-quality manner.
