What else do we need to explain about the B? Not much, right? The British roadster is one of the most famous and popular classic open two-seater cars and for years it was almost the standard when you thought of a classic roadster. The beautifully designed B was presented in 1962 and symbolizes the affordable English classic roadster.

This B dates from 1971 and has been restored once in the past. As a result, there is now a car without trouble because it has been used as a hobby car in recent decades. The body is in a neat condition with some signs of wear here and there. No damage or rust but small imperfections in the paint. Clearly a good car but not in concours condition. Seams of the sheet metal are neat and the paintwork is still in a good condition. The neat chrome wire wheels give the car a very fresh look. On the photos you can see that the sills and bottom are fine and do not cause any surprises.

The interior is matching and therefore in a neat condition. The upholstery looks nicely used, without damage. The dashboard with all Smiths gauges and controls can even be called remarkably neat. Such an MG B turns out to be a pleasant place to be. The seats with black vinyl upholstery are comfortable.
In the trunk you can clearly see that this is a neat car, seams and sheet metal are all neat here. Incidentally, the neat tonneau cover and a windshield can also be found here.

The engine compartment of B looks very neat. The pleasant and beautifully rotating 1.8 four-cylinder has just under 100 hp and therefore no problem with the open two-seater, which weighs less than 1,000 kilograms. It is pure and sporty enjoyment with an MG B and this white ’71 is no exception. The steering, suspension and brakes feel confident, as does the overdrive gearbox. Pleasant when covering long distances.

All in all, this English roadster is a neat and reliable choice if you want to enjoy the character of an open two-seater from England. Carefree driving, not being afraid of any dirt and thus getting the most out of a car like this. The car comes with some invoices and some other documents.
