Well, at first you might think: isn’t a 2009 Quattroporte a somewhat young car for Gallery Aaldering? Well no, Heb is without a doubt a modern classic. This fifth-generation Maserati Quattroporte was in production from 2003 to 2012. This is the much loved Maserati Quattroporte S. This is a post-facelift car that can be recognized by the different grille, the different wheels and the different headlights and taillights. Of course, Maserati also took the trouble to improve the infotainment system and the car received many other small upgrades. Most important to mention in this context is the fact that this car is powered by a 4.7-litre V8 engine which is coupled to an automatic transmission.

This Maserati Quattroporte S was delivered new by the Maserati dealer in Arlöv in Sweden. The first owner lived in Monaca but obviously did not use the car often to commute between the rich principality and Sweden because the mileage of this car is less than 60,000 kilometres. The car has been perfectly maintained and the full maintenance history is present with the car.

The bodywork looks beautiful. The fits are correct and the sheet metal is nice and thin. The paint looks very well cared for and has only very minor signs of use. They should not actually have a name and fit the age of the car. The car stands on beautiful 19-inch V-spoke wheels surrounded by good Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric tires in the correct sizes. The chrome-plated mouldings are also in excellent condition.

The interior is covered with beautiful beige leather and as soon as you open the door you can see that you are dealing with a luxury car from the top segment. When you take a seat in the fully electrically adjustable driver’s seat, the blue dials of the counters immediately catch your eye. You will of course lack for nothing in this luxurious limousine. For example, the Quattroporte has four-zone climate control, heated seats, xenon lamps, glass sliding/tilting roof, voice command, multifunctional steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors, navigation, Bluetooth telephony, rear folding tables, sunblinds for the rear passengers and many more things. which, if described separately, would make this text much too long. The leather on the seats as well as the carpets are in very good condition as you would expect from a car with this mileage.

The technology is very well maintained. The full maintenance history is known and is present with the car. The board folder is completely complete. The F136 Y 4.7 litre V8 engine comes from Ferrari but in contrast to Ferrari in this case equipped with a cross-plane crankshaft instead of a Flatplane crankshaft. The engine sounds exactly like a V8 should sound. What a wonderful sound. But it is not only the sound that makes the V8 a gem, but also the power of 430 hp is very powerful. The engine is mated to a six-speed ZF automatic transmission. The combination is beautifully chosen. as the revs rise, the engine roars louder and when the ZF puts in a new kick, the whole party starts all over again. The Quattroporte is also equipped with the skyhook chassis with active dampers, this ensures that the Quattroporte feels more light-footed than its empty weight of almost 2 tons would suggest.

The Maserati Quattroporte is without a doubt a car that will go down in the history books as one of the most beautiful limousines ever. This copy is not only beautiful to look at but is also correct in all other aspects. The combination of the impeccable state of maintenance, the attractive colour scheme and that delicious engine make this a Quattroporte not to be missed.
