Fantastic looking 1954 Alfa Romeo 1900 CSS ‘Super Sprint’. It was supplied to the Swedish Alfa Romeo importer Bonnier in Stockholm on the 21st December 1954. Mr Jo Bonnier was a Swedish F1 driver as well as being the Swedish Alfa importer. Only 854 Super Sprints ever went into production. In the past this car has benefitted from a thorough restoration with a keen eye to authenticity. After a full mechanical overhaul by a renowned Belgian specialist, the car performs perfectly. The exquisite aluminium Touring bodywork is in splendid condition. The body panels are straight with a perfect tight fit. The finish and brightwork are simply fantastic. The desirable original ‘Nero’ finish combines neatly with the tan leather trim. The authentic interior exudes the correct patina. This 1900 SS has a rather special 5-speed Nardi floorshifter, twp carburettors and a Nardi steering wheel. These upgrades deliver a challenging and sporty ride. This Alfa has matching numbers, is certified by Alfa Storico and is eligible for the Mille Miglia. This is a unique and perfectly presented Alfa Romeo 1900 Super Sprint and that because of the original upgrades, will be a welcome sight at almost any historic event worldwide!

Mr. Jo Bonnier was een Zweedse F1 coureur en tevens Alfa Romeo importeur voor Zweden. Er zijn slechts 854 Super Sprints geproduceerd! In het verleden is de auto volledig gerestaureerd met behoud van alle originele details. Technisch volledig gereviseerd door een erkende Belgische specialist en in een perfect werkende en rijdende conditie verkerend. De fantastisch vormgegeven aluminium Touring carrosserie verkeert in een prachtige conditie. Het plaatwerk is strak en heeft perfecte passingen. Het lakwerk en alle chromen details zijn geweldig! Uitgevoerd in haar originele en geliefde kleurstelling ´Nero´ met een beige lederen interieur. Het interieur is bovenal origineel en heeft een prachtige patina. De 1900 CSS is voorzien van een bijzondere 5-speed Nardi floorshifter, 2 carburateurs en een Nardi Touring stuurwiel. Dankzij deze upgrades een zeer sportieve en uitdagende auto om mee te rijden. Dieser sehr schöne Alfa Romeo 1900 CSS Super Sprint wurde am 21. Dezember 1954 ausgeliefert an dem Alfa Romeo Importeur Bonnier in Stockholm. Herr Jo Bonnier war ein schwedischer Formel-1 Rennfahrer und außerdem war er Alfa Romeo Importeur für Schweden. Es wurden insgesamt nur 854 Super Sprints hergestellt! Das Fahrzeug ist schon mal restauriert worden, wobei alle originale Details behalten geblieben sind. Die Technik wurde von einem belgischen Spezialisten revidiert und der Alfa fährt und funktioniert dementsprechend ausgezeichnet. Die Touring Karosserie aus Aluminium mit seinem fantastischen Design befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Zustand. Die Karosserie ist sehr glatt und hat perfekte Passungen, auch die Lackierung und alle Chromdetails befinden sich in einem Topzustand. Das Fahrzeug hat seine originale Farbkombination “Nero“ mit einem beigen Interieur aus Leder. Dieses Interieur ist noch original und hat eine wunderschöne Patina. Der 1900 CSS hat ein besonderes 5-Gang Nardi Schaltgetriebe (Floorshifter), 2 Vergaser und ein Nardi Touring Lenkrad. Dank diesen Upgrades ist es ein sehr sportliches Fahrzeug, ein richtiger Herausforderer. Das Fahrzeug hat seinen originalen Motor, also “Matching Numbers“ und ist zulassungsfähig bei der Mille Miglia. Selbstverständlich wurde es von Alfa Storico zertifiziert. Dieser einzigartige Alfa Romeo 1900 CSS Super Sprint darf mit seinen originalen Upgrades fast an jeder historischen Veranstaltung auf der Welt teilnehmen.
