Until the arrival of the Valkyrie, the Aston Martin Vanquish was Aston Martin’s ultimate poster car. The design was drawn by Marek Reichman. The most striking design feature of the car is located on top of the trunk lid. At the suggestion of the then CEO, the second generation Vanquish had to have an integrated rear spoiler. It looks like it’s impossible to make and yet they succeeded thanks to the use of Carbon Fiber. The complete rear is made of carbon and has a fantastic shape. This example was delivered new in 2013 and very recently had a major service at the Aston Martin Dealer. The car has only driven 18,000 kilometres and has always been dealer maintained. The Vanquish is full of options and extremely tastefully composed. The “Stratus White” exterior is completed by an “Aurora Blue Quilted hour letter glass” interior. In addition, the car is equipped with optional carbon exterior mirrors, a carbon roof and an Alcantara headliner. The Vanquish stands on the optional 20-inch forged alloy wheels and the interior is equipped with, among other things, a 1,000 watt B & O audio system. Finally, we see the much-loved One-77 steering wheel that looks almost square and feels great in the hand.
That a car with a 5.9 litre V12 is an absolute killer needs no explanation. This example is equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission and the engine produces 565 hp. The Vanquish goes from 0-100 in 4.1 seconds and reaches a top speed of 295 kilometres per hour. What is particularly striking is that the car is like a house on the road and is still very quiet. This good handling is mainly due to the adjustable dampers and the fully independent wheel suspension to which the dampers are mounted. To shake off all that speed, huge 398mm carbon ceramic brakes with six pistons per calliper are available at the front. In this case, the claws are also blue, a subtle reference to the dark blue interior. Furthermore, this is, of course, an extremely modern car in which you will lack nothing. The seats are fully electrically adjustable with memory, there is climate control, cruise control, xenon lamps, automatic transmission, light and rain sensor, exhaust with valves, B&O audio, Bluetooth telephony, navigation, on-board computer and navigation.
The car has only driven 18,452 kilometres and is of course in new condition. The bodywork, therefore, looks beautiful. The wheels are in new condition and fitted with good tires in the correct sizes. The exhaust trim pieces are in this case matte black and form a beautiful whole with the carbon rear of the car with the integrated diffuser.
The interior is also in new condition. Besides the fact that it is a fantastic place to spend time, it is also a so-called 2 + 2, so in theory, you can take passengers behind. Anyone larger than a toddler will probably be a pain, but there is plenty of room for emergency or extra luggage. The seats are completely free of entry damage and there are no signs of wear anywhere. The headliner, the seats, the carpets everything looks like the car just left the factory. Surely that is the image that dominates when we see this Aston Martin, it is also a car that could still be in the brochure at the moment and does not feel a day older. The audio system sounds fantastic, the boot space is superb, and nothing will stop you from going “Gran Touring” in this masterful piece of British engineering.
The technology has recently been extensively serviced at the Aston Martin Dealer and besides the fact that the car has very low mileage, you do not have to worry about upcoming maintenance. The car will of course be delivered including the original map and the ECU, we just call it the key, but Aston Martin thought that the key is called ECU. ECU in this case stands for Emotion Control Unit, really.
Virtually every car that leaves Gaydon’s gate is on track to become a classic from its first admission. The Vanquish certainly is, simply by the fact that it is such a dazzlingly beautiful car to look at. All you have to do is fill the tank every now and then and map out a nice route to your favourite destination.

De Aston Martin Vanquish was tot aan de komst van de Valkyrie de ultieme postercar van Aston Martin. Het ontwerp werd getekend door Marek Reichman. Het meest opvallende design kenmerk van de auto bevindt zich bovenop het kofferdeksel. Op voorspraak van toenmalig CEO moest de tweede generatie Vanquish de beschikking hebben over een geïntegreerde achterspoiler. Het ziet er uit alsof het onmogelijk is om te maken en toch is het ze gelukt dankzij het gebruik van Carbon Fibre. De complete achterzijde is van carbon en heeft een fantastische vorm. Dit exemplaar is nieuw geleverd in 2013 en heeft zeer recentelijk een grote beurt gehad bij de Aston Martin Dealer. De auto heeft nog maar 18.000 kilometer gereden en is altijd dealeronderhouden. De Vanquish is full-options en uiterst smaakvol samengesteld. Het “Stratus White” exterieur wordt gecompleteerd door een “Aurora Blue Quilted hour letter glass” interieur. Daarnaast staat de auto voorzien van de optionele carbon buitenspiegels, carbon dak en alcantara hemelbekleding. De Vanquish staat op de optionele 20 inch gesmede lichtmetalen wielen en is het interieur onder andere uitgerust met een 1.000 watt B & O audiosysteem. Tot slot zien we nog het zeer geliefde One-77 stuurwiel dat haast vierkant lijkt en geweldig in de hand ligt.

Wat daarbij vooral opvallend mag worden genoemd is dat de auto als een huis op de weg ligt en nog steeds erg stil is. Dat goede rijgedrag is met name te danken aan de instelbare dempers en de volledige onafhankelijke wielophanging waaraan de dempers zijn gemonteerd. Om al die snelheid weer af te schudden heeft de beschikking over enorme 398 mm grote carbon ceramic remmen met zes zuigers per klauw aan de voorzijde. De klauwen zijn in dit geval ook nog eens blauw, een subtiele verwijzing naar het donkerblauwe interieur. Verder betreft het hier natuurlijk een uiterst moderne auto waarin het u aan niets zal ontbreken. Zo zijn de stoelen volledig elektrisch verstelbaar met geheugen, is er climate control aanwezig, cruise control, xenon lampen, automaat, licht en regensensor, uitlaat met kleppen, B&O audio, bluetooth telefonie, navigatie, boordcomputer en navigatie.
De auto heeft nog maar 18.700 kilometer gereden en verkeert vanzelfsprekend in nieuwstaat. De carrosserie ziet er dan ook prachtig uit. De wielen zijn in nieuwstaat verkerend en voorzien van goede banden in de correcte maten. De uitlaatsierstukken zijn in dit geval mat zwart uitgevoerd en vormen een mooi geheel met de carbon achterzijde van de auto met de geïntegreerde diffuser.
Het interieur verkeert eveneens in nieuwstaat. Buiten het feit dat het een fantastische plek is om tijd door te brengen betreft het hier ook een zogenaamde 2+2, u kunt dus in theorie achter passagiers meenemen. Iedereen groter dan een kleuter zal waarschijnlijk lastig worden maar voor nood of extra bagage is er ruimte in overvloed aanwezig. De stoelen zijn volledig vrij van instapschade en nergens zijn gebruikerssporen te bekennen. De hemelbekleding, de stoelen, de tapijten alles ziet er uit alsof de auto net de fabriek heeft verlaten. Dat is toch het beeld dat overheerst als we deze Aston Martin zien, het is ook een auto die momenteel nog steeds in de folder zou kunnen staan en nog geen dag ouder aanvoelt. Het audiosysteem klinkt fantastisch, de kofferruimte is uitmuntend, niets houd u tegen om heerlijk te gaan “Gran Touren” in dit magistrale stuk Britse engineering.
De techniek is recentelijk uitgebreid geserviced bij de Aston Martin Dealer en buiten het feit dat de auto dus een zeer lage kilometerstand heeft hoeft u zich dus ook geen zorgen te maken over aankomend onderhoud. De auto wordt vanzelfsprekend geleverd inclusief de originele boordmap en de ECU, wij noemen het gewoon de sleutel maar Aston Martin had bedacht dat de sleutel ECU heet. ECU staat in dit geval voor Emotion Control Unit, echt waar.
Vrijwel elke auto die de poort van Gaydon achter zich laat is op weg om een klassieker te worden vanaf haar eerste toelating. De Vanquish is dat zeker, simpelweg alleen al door het feit dat het zo’n oogverblindend mooie auto is om te zien. Het enige dat u nog moet doen is af en toe de tank vullen en een mooie route uitstippelen naar uw favoriete bestemming.

Bis das Model Valkyrie auf dem Markt kam, war der Aston Martin Vanquish das ultimative Aushängeschild von Aston Martin. Das Design wurde von Marek Reichman gezeichnet, das auffälligste Designmerkmal des Autos befindet sich oben auf dem Kofferraumdeckel. Auf Vorschlag des damaligen CEO musste der Vanquish der zweiten Generation einen integrierten Heckspoiler haben. Es sieht so aus, als wäre so etwas unmöglich herzustellen, und doch gelang es ihnen dank der Verwendung von Kohlefaser. Das komplette Heck ist aus Karbon und hat eine fantastische Form.
Dieses Exemplar wurde im Jahr 2013 neu geliefert und hatte vor kurzem einen großen Service beim Aston Martin Händler. Das Auto hat eine Laufleistung von nur 18.000 Kilometern und wurde ständig beim Händler gewartet. Der Vanquish ist voller Optionen und äußerst geschmackvoll komponiert. Das Äußere in „Stratus White“ wird durch ein Interieur in „Aurora Blue Quilted Hour Letter Glass“ vervollständigt. Darüber hinaus ist das Auto mit den optionalen Karbon-Außenspiegeln, dem Karbon-Dach und dem Alcantara-Dachhimmel ausgestattet. Der Vanquish steht auf den optionalen geschmiedeten 20-Zoll-Leichtmetallrädern und der Innenraum ist unter anderem mit einem 1.000 Watt B&O-Soundanlage ausgestattet. Schließlich sehen wir das sehr beliebte One-77 Lenkrad, das fast quadratisch aussieht, aber trotzdem sehr gut in der Hand liegt.

vor allem auf die einstellbaren Dämpfer und die völlig unabhängige Radaufhängung zurückzuführen. Um seine hohe Geschwindigkeiten wieder runter zu bremsen hat der Aston Martin vorne riesige 398 MM Karbon Keramik Bremsen mit sechs Kolben pro Bremssattel zur Verfügung. Die Kolben haben die Farbe Blau, ein dezenter Hinweis auf das dunkelblaue Interieur. Darüber hinaus ist es natürlich ein äußerst modernes Auto, bei dem es Ihnen an nichts fehlen wird. Die Sitze sind vollelektrisch verstellbar mit Memory, es gibt eine Klimaautomatik, einen Tempomat, Xenon Scheinwerfer, ein Automatikgetriebe, einen Licht- und Regensensor, einen Klappenauspuff, ein B&O Audio, Bluetooth-Telefonie, einen Bordcomputer und ein Navigationssystem.
Das Auto hat eine Laufleistung von nur 18.452 Kilometern und befindet sich daher in neuwertigem Zustand. Die Karosserie sieht dementsprechend wunderschön aus, die Räder befinden sich in neuwertigem Zustand und sind mit guten Reifen in den richtigen Größen bestückt. Die Auspuffblenden sind in diesem Fall mattschwarz und bilden mit dem integrierten Diffusor eine schöne Einheit mit dem Karbonheck des Autos.
Das Interieur befindet sich ebenfalls im neuwertigen Zustand. Abgesehen davon, dass es sich fantastisch anfühlt Zeit zu verbringen in dem Vanquish, handelt es sich auch um ein sogenanntes 2 + 2, sodass Sie theoretisch Passagiere mitnehmen können. Jeder, der größer als ein Kleinkind ist, wird wahrscheinlich ein Problem sein, aber es gibt eventuell viel Platz für zusätzliches Gepäck. Die Sitze sind völlig frei von Einstiegschäden, es sind sowieso nirgendwo Gebrauchsspuren zu erkennen. Der Dachhimmel, die Sitze, die Teppiche, alles sieht aus, als hätte das Auto gerade das Werk verlassen. Es ist das Bild, das dominiert, wenn wir diesen Aston Martin sehen. Es ist auch ein Auto, das im Moment noch im Prospekt stehen könnte und sich noch immer modern anfühlt. Das Audiosystem hat einen fantastischen Sound, der Kofferraum ist einfach top und nichts wird Sie davon abhalten, in diesem meisterhaften Stück britischer Ingenieurskunst „Gran Touren“ zu unternehmen.
Die Technik wurde kürzlich beim Aston Martin Dealer ausgiebig gewartet und abgesehen davon, dass das Auto eine sehr geringe Laufleistung hat, muss man sich überhaupt keine Gedanken über anstehende Wartungen machen. Das Auto wird natürlich inklusive der Originalkarte und der ECU geliefert, wir nennen es einfach den Schlüssel, aber Aston Martin dachte, dass der Schlüssel ECU heißt. ECU steht in diesem Fall eigentlich für Emotion Control Unit, wirklich. Nahezu jedes Auto, das das Werk Gaydon verlässt, ist auf dem Weg ein Klassiker zu werden, sobald es zum ersten Mal zugelassen wird. Der Vanquish ist es auf jeden Fall, einfach aufgrund der Tatsache, dass es ein so umwerfend schönes Auto ist. Alles, was Sie tun müssen, ist ab und zu mal tanken und eine schöne Route zu Ihrem Lieblingsziel zu planen.
